4. Construction and Implementation (4-8 weeks): If any structural changes or renovations are required, this is the phase where they occur. Contractors and tradespeople are brought in to complete any construction work. Meanwhile, furnishings and decor items are purchased and installed.

6. Client Approval and Handover (1 week): This is when we walk through the completed project together, addressing final concerns or changes. Then we obtain your approval on the finished design.

There is a flat fee for the first initial design consultation, then the remaining processes will be switched to using a retainer rate model.
