Vacation homes hold a special place in my heart.
I LOVE to travel. I also have an eye for detail, and a knowledge for what works, what is necessary, and what will make your guests feel like you specifically thought about them and getting the best experience out of your rental.
The first home that she ever designed professionally was a vacation rental condo on the beach. My favorite thing to design in that entire condo was the coffee bar upstairs. It allowed parents to lock themselves in and spend the morning together, drinking their coffee while staring at the ocean. It is the #1 raved-about thing in every single review received on this beach condo that has incredible floor-to-ceiling windows of the ocean.
With my experience in traveling to various vacation properties combined with my interior design skills, I have learned what it takes to really make a vacation property stand out. In this day, with just about everyone owning a vacation rental, YOU have to be able to stand out amongst the crowd.

1. Introductory Call
Our introductory call is about understanding your vision and goals for the property. We’ll discuss your target audience, the vibe you want to create, and any themes that resonate with you. This call is your chance to share your preferences, whether it’s a cozy beach house or a chic urban getaway. We’re here to listen, offer insights, and to take the next step towards desiging your vacation rental!
5. Furnishings & Decor Selection
Based on our discussions, we’ll create design concepts and mood boards that capture the desired look and feel of the vacation rental. This will include color palettes, material choices, furniture selections, and decor elements. We’ll present these concepts to you for your feedback and refinement.
9. Professional Photography
To showcase the vacation rental at its best, we’ll arrange for professional photography that captures the design elements and highlights the unique features of the place.

In this phase, we analyze the layout of the vacation rental property. We’ll focus on optimizing the space for functionality and comfort. This might involve reconfiguring furniture layouts, considering open-concept designs, and ensuring that the flow of the space if efficient.
4. Design Concept and Mood Boards

7. Installation & Styling

8. Final Touches & Quality Check
We’ll conduct a final walk-through to ensure that every detail is in place, from the placement of furniture to the alignment of decor. We’ll address any lat-minute adjustments and conduct a quality check to ensure that the space is guest-ready. All the way down the the bathroom soaps and coffee grounds.
